30 minutes. No hype.

Every vendor says AI now. Almost none of them mean the same thing. Here is how we cut through it, in four parts.

01
The three levels of AI
Bolt-on, feature, and connected AI. Where a platform sits tells you what its AI can actually do.
02
Five use cases that work
AI running in specialty practices today, in the operatory and across the front office. Nothing on roadmap.
03
Three things to ignore
The claims to walk past in 2026, and the one tell that exposes software wearing an AI sticker.
04
A readiness checklist
Four steps, in order, to evaluate AI for your own practice. We email the checklist to everyone after.

Three levels of AI. Most software is stuck at two.

Where a platform sits on this ladder tells you what its AI can actually do. We break down all three in the session.

Level 1 Bolt-on AI
A chatbot taped to old software. It never touches your practice data.
Level 2 Feature AI
Single-purpose tools like note summaries and claim scrubbing. Useful, but siloed. This is where most platforms stop.
Level 3 Connected AI
Reads and acts on your live practice data. Charts, reports, and dashboards, just by asking.
"Can your AI see my live practice data?"
A no means Level 1 or 2, whatever the label says. We show you how to ask it in the session.
